These range from three bedrooms with 1,650 sq. ft. to up to five bedrooms with almost 4,000 sq. ft. They have four different lot sizes available: 50-foot, 55-foot, 60-foot and 65-foot. Homes range from $450,000 to $750,000.
The Austin plan features 1,649 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a two-car garage, and is one of three single-story home options. Two-story plans include the Portico, Basalt and Trinity plans. At 3,825 sq. ft., the largest floor plan is the Trinity with 4 or 5 bedrooms, 3.5-4 baths, a media room, a study, a family room, and a game room.
